Answer: We require following information of the part or product;

- Technical specification including materials details
- Volume in units per order
- Lead time requirement and term of shipments
- Quality inspection requirements
- Packaging requirements
- Current part or product price (if available)
- Target cost (optional)
- Samples (if available)
Question2. What is your company's standard response time to quotes?
Answer: It depends on the product and the supplier. If it is from our qualified vendor we will give you the quotes within 2 working days. Otherwise the average quote time is 5-15 working days.
Question3. What minimum order quantities (MOQ) are required?
Answer: It depends on the product type and the supplier MOQ requirement. Basically for the customize product vendor will set the MOQ or charge you the additional fee for set-up process etc.
Smaller production runs make sense if the product is labor intensive requiring machining, assembly, packaging, and other labor intensive and value-added functions. More value-added operations translate into more cost savings.
Question4. Do you have technical staff to handle the technical related parts?
Answer: Yes, our organization does the product design as well, so we do have highly qualified engineers to handle technical information and ensure all your specifications are achieved.
Question5. What is your company's philosophy regarding quality?
Answer: Basically we use ISO 9001/2000 certified suppliers. We will arrange 3rd party Quality Inspector to inspect your lot to specification prior to shipment based on your requirements.
